Training

We design and deliver programmes that build practical capability inside organisations.

Our training practice works with banks, RMG groups, NGOs, government agencies, and individual professionals across Bangladesh. Some clients bring us in to design a programme for a specific team; others send people to our open enrolment courses in Dhaka; others ask us to build a blended learning system they can run themselves.

The design principle is the same in every case: the programme has to change what people do on Monday morning, not just what they know on Friday afternoon.

Our Programmes

Customized Corporate Training

Programs designed around one organization. We start with a training needs assessment, build content against your context and your people, and deliver in-house on your schedule. Sales, management, communication, compliance, and technical subjects.

Open Enrollment Programs

Scheduled public programs that individual professionals and small teams can join. Announced through our calendar, delivered in Dhaka and online, with certification on completion. Moves to open training page.

Leadership & Executive Coaching

One to one and small group coaching for senior leaders and high potential managers, delivered by certified coaches over a structured engagement rather than a single session.

Skills Training

Applied technical and functional skills for frontline and mid-level staff. Delivered in-person, nationwide, at scale, drawing on our field delivery network.

Workplace Wellbeing

Programs on respectful workplace conduct, psychological safety, stress and resilience, and the policy and reporting structures that support them.

E-Learning & Blended Learning

Digital content, self-paced modules, and blended programs delivered through Sudoksho, our own learning platform, with tracking and reporting for the client.

How We Design Programmes

01

Diagnose before designing

We start with the performance gap, not the topic list. What is not happening on the floor, in the branch, or in the field determines the curriculum.

02

Practise in the room

We start with the performance gap, not the topic list. What is not happening on the floor, in the branch, or in the field determines the curriculum.

03

Measure what transferred

We start with the performance gap, not the topic list. What is not happening on the floor, in the branch, or in the field determines the curriculum.
