Our consulting practice works with development partners, government agencies, and private sector clients in Bangladesh on the problems that sit between strategy and delivery. We are engaged to understand a market, assess a capacity gap, manage a programme, generate evidence, or restructure a function – and often to do several of these across the life of one assignment.
