Leadership and Organizational Capacity Development for Women’s Rights Organizations under WVLB

Under the Women’s Voice and Leadership–Bangladesh (WVLB) Project of Manusher Jonno Foundation, supported by Global Affairs Canada, Enroute designed and delivered a leadership and organizational capacity development programme for 17 Women’s Rights Organizations (WROs) working with vulnerable and marginalized women and gender-diverse communities across Bangladesh.

Enroute conducted a participatory training needs assessment to identify gaps in governance, management, succession planning, and inclusive leadership. Based on the findings, a comprehensive Bangla-language module was developed covering organizational management, strategic, transformative, and feminist leadership, with practical tools, case studies, self-assessments, and evaluation instruments.

A three-day residential training was delivered to 25 participants from 17 WROs, strengthening capacity in governance, management systems, succession planning, fundraising, member empowerment, and inclusive organizational culture.
