Enroute was engaged by the World Health Organization Bangladesh to design and deliver a structured staff development and learning programme for approximately 100 WHO Bangladesh staff under the WHO Bangladesh Staff Development and Learning (SDL) Programme. The programme focused on team building, organizational cohesion, cross-cultural collaboration, and alignment between individual expectations and WHO’s institutional goals.
Enroute consulted with WHO management and relevant focus groups to identify learning priorities and finalize the training approach before developing a customized training module, session plan, and programme schedule. Content addressed team spirit, workplace collaboration, organizational behavior in a culturally diverse environment, and the role of communication, trust, cooperation, and shared responsibility in institutional performance. Interactive exercises, group activities, and facilitated discussions were designed to ensure practical application within WHO’s specific operational context.
A three-day residential staff development programme was conducted combining facilitated learning, team exercises, and reflection sessions. Rapporteur services were provided throughout to document presentations, discussions, exercises, observations, and key learning points. Participant assessment and feedback mechanisms were incorporated to evaluate programme effectiveness.
